BIG ROCK INVESTMENTS

The Power of Real Estate Mastery

If it seems like it’s been a while since the last real estate post, then you’re correct and I apologize. Most of June was spent with family in Japan while the past week has been here in San Diego; in the meantime, the blog somewhat fell by the wayside but is hopefully now right back on track.

One of the key forces behind anyone who becomes a truly successful real estate investor is the dedication to the power of real estate Mastery. I refer to mastery as the utter devotion to one’s craft, no different than a lifelong silversmith, chessmaster or astronomer. Success is, of course, defined differently by different people, but I believe true success comes from Mastery which itself comes from relentless education and implementation from people smarter than yourself.

It’s this dedication that has allowed us to create a company that, while I was in Japan for three weeks, continued on with FIVE house projects in various stages:

This doesn’t come without learning from the BEST of the BEST: —>>> FortuneBuilders Mastery.

The crew at FortuneBuilders are true masters of their craft: investing real estate. From residential renovations (flipping houses) to managing rentals as well as hard money lending, the business model is sound and a model for others to replicate in their own markets (the Mastery education available to those who qualify).

The past few days here have been spent at the amazing FortuneBuilders Rehab Bootcamp. Four days of learning the systems of how to manage contractors, craft a renovation project’s scope of work, what adds value and what does not, and how to replicate this system for repeat projects.

This was actually my second time going through the same bootcamp. There’s always more to learn in real estate!!!

In addition, we went on a bus tour of their current projects here in San Diego, CA. Last and most definitely not least, the main program was hosted by none other than Paul and JD Esajian of A&E’s “Flip This House”. Why put your future in the hands of a late-night infomercial when you can learn from the guys who are doing it daily?
