Business Building in Cleveland

Aloha, friends! I just got back from a super fun mini-trip to Cleveland, Ohio – yes, Cleveland! Now what would an ocean-loving, mountain-hiking, beach-going guy be doing along the shores of Lake Erie? Building — the real estate business, that is. You see, there are smart people in our industry all over the nation. As you may already know, I work with and under the tutelage of the FortuneBuilders group of real estate investors. The team at FortuneBuilders is one of the smartest in our great nation and they also align themselves with some of the other top movers and shakers. One of those is Greg Clement and his real estate marketing company RealeFlow. So I jumped on a plane and headed out to spend a few days with Greg and his team in the Midwest along with Steve Hall and some my other friends from FortuneBuilders.

In addition to getting down to business, Greg also gave us a tour of his farm Mapleside, one of his most recent acquisitions. Not only did we eat (and eat and eat) like royalty at the beautifully renovated restaurant, but Greg took us on a kiddie parade of fake cows through 4000 apple trees (just go with it – it really doesn’t lend itself to words very easily). Oh yeah, and the jumping pillow. Trampolines have officially been replaced!

The whole point of the trip was growth and mentorship. No matter your business or endeavor — real estate, finance, tourism, music, athletics, non-profit — surrounding yourself with positive action takers is one of the greatest steps you can take toward success and achieving your goals.
